First of all, Thanks for checking out the site !! All of YOU Horselovers out there, make these events happen by your E-mails and requests. As long as I have riders and participants who live and love to ride, I will host these type events. So keep the E-mails coming !

We had such a good response to our Obstacle course last fall, I wanted to open it up for more than one weekend so even more people could enjoy the challenge and fun of an Obstacle Course on Horse.

Here is how it will work. I am setting up 30 obstacles at Saxony Farm, some on trails, some in Obstacle "pen" FROM BASIC OBSTACLES TO VERY CHALLENGING OBSTACLES. Each horse and rider team, (IE, ONE rider more than one horse or ONE horse multiple riders so "each team" = one horse, one rider) is allowed to complete the obstacle course ONE time, that’s 30 obstacles if you are good. Spend as long as it takes to complete the course, no pressure. Please be courteous if you are holding up others and you are “ stuck” at an obstacle.

1) Each team is charged $ 20.00 to ride the course, it will not be judged or timed You are just required to make reservations so that not to many people at one time will be riding so it is not backlogged at obstacles.
Riders with more than one horse $15.00 additional for second horse. Horse with more than one rider $15.00 additional per person that rides horse.

2) Groups are welcome, if you have a riding group or club that would like to come together, please call for reservations to reserve a “block” of time..

3) Personal "clinics" or lessons could be arranged if group or person would like me, Evon to teach them how to properly complete obstacles for the most "points" or "highest score" if they were at an actual Judged Event.

4) No one will be allowed to ride without advanced reservations, unless they call me to confirm, we can have last minute riders if coming with a group, but they need to fill out release forms and such.

5) Stalls available upon request if riders bring more than one horse and want to stall a horse while they ride one. Stalls will be $ 10.00 for afternoon.

6) Scheduling in advance, will help with weather issues also, if weather is bad, you could reschedule for another day and it will still be set up.

7) No prizes or anything fancy, perhaps just lunch or snacks will be available on weekends or if large groups when attending.

8) If you are a TRAINER and you want to have a clinic at the “park” for your group, please call Evon to discuss details for rental of facility. This will be permitted on a case by case basis. Thanks. :-)
