OK, Here’s how it works. Each Saddle Up Event, up to 10 riders will be able to sign up to ride in 4 hour sessions. Each session will differ a little, we will be working on Obstacles, and basic maneuver’s on horseback. Every one will get a turn practicing each of the maneuver’s like side passing, backing in patterns, 4 square pattern, cantering/loping cues, etc.  We will do things such as: moving off your leg, softening the mouth, flexing etc. If you have a certain problem with your horse, please let me know and we can work on that specific issue.  This is a chance to keep you and your horse in some sort of riding condition over the winter months.  If you just want to ride and get your horse used to being in arena with other horses: this works for us too.  Evon will also be offering private- semi private lessons before and after the Saturday Saddle up for anyone who wants to ride for just one hour, and not for 4 hours.  Again: you can decide what you want to learn.

The thing that sets us apart in our program is: We realize a lot of people just have one or two things they need to learn on their horse, you don’t have to sign up for a bunch of lessons.  Perhaps you just want to get out and do something horsey, and talk to horse people, so come and bring a chair and watch others ride and meet some people with your same interests. Make it a social event, just plain fun. Either way, hope to see you there. We encourage people to come out for a day of horselovers fun.   If you have something horsey to sell, contact us about setting up a booth. 

COST:  $50.00 PER Saturday session, you CAN sign up for more than one. However: if you have to cancel, we will try to fit you in on another Saturday or give you another chance to ride, but will not be able to give refund.  We will make every effort to work with you and fit you in, but in the attempt of fairness, we don’t want to limit the opportunities for others to ride. We are only having one session due to shortness of daylight during the winter.

IN ADDITION $ 35.00 per hour private lessons before or after Saturday Saddle up, available upon request.

ALL RIDERS WILL BE ASKED FOR COG GINS PAPERS OR HEALTH CERTIFICATES UPON ARRIVAL

DAY STALLS AVAILABLE $15.00 ` please clean stalls before leaving.
